Visa Foundation Partners with Impact Force to Strengthen Ukraine’s Economic Resilience and Recovery

KYIV, June 5, 2026 — Visa Foundation has announced a new partnership with Impact Force, a Ukrainian NGO focused on strengthening entrepreneurship and economic inclusion, to expand opportunities for small businesses and vulnerable communities across Ukraine.
Through this two-year commitment, Visa Foundation will support Impact Force’s core initiatives aimed at expanding economic inclusion, empowering small businesses, and enhancing community capacity during the nation’s reconstruction period.

As the groundwork for a future-ready economy is layed, international collaborations plays an essential role in building robust economic systems and fostering innovation. The support from Visa Foundation will enable Impact Force to scale its "impact economy" programs, creating vital opportunities for individuals and communities most affected by the ongoing war.
Impact Force works with entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized businesses, and vulnerable groups to expand economic participation and strengthen long-term resilience. Its initiatives include the Impact Business Accelerator, which supports Ukrainian SMEs and social enterprises in scaling sustainable business models, and Dream & Achieve, an online academy helping displaced and war-affected women build and grow businesses. The organization also develops programs that strengthen human capital and resilience, including Impact Health, a science-based mental resilience program that helps professionals manage chronic stress and maintain productivity during wartime, and ReStart Mindset, which supports war-affected women and veterans’ families in rebuilding psychological stability and returning to work and economic life.
Through these initiatives, Impact Force helps entrepreneurs develop practical business skills, access mentorship and networks, and create sustainable livelihoods despite the challenges of war and economic disruption.
Since its founding, Impact Force programs have supported more than 12,000 entrepreneurs and war-affected individuals and accelerated hundreds of Ukrainian businesses, contributing to job creation and economic activity across the country.
